Live Facial Recondition Operation - Leicester Square

Good morning,

I just wanted to share some good news, last week we conducted a Live Facial Recondition operation on Coventry Street near Leicester Square

We had 7 arrests in about 2 hours which is a really great result!

The arrests were for:

1 x male for Breach of Sexual Harm Prevention Order

1 x male who was wanted for Robbery & GBH

1 x male who was wanted for Burglary

1 x male who was wanted for failing to appear in court for racially aggravated harassment

1 x male for failing to appear in court for common assault

1 x male for breach of court order

1 x male (Registered Sex offender) for breach of conditions

Due to the great results, we are running another LFR operation this week and we plan to move the cameras into Leicester Square again.
